Jake – SPECIAL NEEDS… ONLY DOG AND NO YOUNG KIDS… MUST BE LOCAL TO PALM BEACH COUNTY ONLY*** is a gorgeous boy who loves fetch better than any Retriever to date~ He is very playful and happy. Jake, however does not feel comfy around other animals and will need to go to a home with ZERO pets. He is great with people of all ages however, being that he is not pet friendly we will not place in a home with children under 10. This is our policy. In addition, Jake is going through some local training in the Ft Lauderdale area and we will require that the new owners continue the training until he graduates. He is doing so fantastic already!!!! He really is a super sweet and happy boy… He will require an “alpha” parent to ensure positive behavior. He is still a puppy! 🙂
